These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between bdtbdt ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers, or otherwise uses the services available at bdtbdt.ws.

By accessing the bdtbdt website, creating an account, depositing funds, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the bdtbdt platform.

bdtbdt reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. To open and maintain an account with bdtbdt, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for your own personal recreational use.
• You are not acting on behalf of any other person, organisation, or commercial entity.
• You have not previously been excluded from gambling services, whether through a self-exclusion request, a third-party exclusion order, or an account closure initiated by bdtbdt for rule violations.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, agent, or close family member of a bdtbdt employee in a role that creates a conflict of interest with fair play.
• You understand and accept that gambling involves risk and that you may lose all funds deposited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Providing false information — including a false date of birth or fictitious identity — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held at the time of discovery.

bdtbdt reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including prior to processing withdrawals. Accepted documents include a national identity card, passport, or any other government-issued photo identification. Failure to supply requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

You are solely and entirely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your username, password, and any other credentials used to access your bdtbdt account. You must not disclose your login details to any third party under any circumstances.

You agree to notify bdtbdt immediately upon becoming aware of, or reasonably suspecting, any unauthorised use of your account or any breach of the security of your credentials. You can reach our support team at any time via the Support page. bdtbdt will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account details.

bdtbdt will never contact you by email, phone, or any other channel to request your account password. Any communication purporting to be from bdtbdt and asking for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.

bdtbdt supports a range of Bangladeshi payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, as well as international card payments via Visa and Mastercard. All deposits and withdrawals must be conducted through payment accounts that are registered in your own legal name. The use of payment accounts belonging to third parties is prohibited.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by bdtbdt and may be updated from time to time. Current limits are displayed within the cashier section of your account. Deposits are generally credited to your bdtbdt account balance instantly or within a short processing window. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any applicable verification checks.

bdtbdt does not accept deposits made from credit facilities where the funds are borrowed specifically for gambling purposes. By depositing, you confirm that the funds you are using are your own and have been obtained through lawful means.

All transactions on bdtbdt are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). If a deposit is made from an account denominated in a different currency, conversion rates applied by your payment provider may apply and are outside bdtbdt's control.

bdtbdt reserves the right to place holds on withdrawal requests pending the completion of identity verification, responsible gaming checks, or fraud prevention reviews. Players will be notified of any such holds and given a reasonable opportunity to provide the information required to release the hold.

bdtbdt offers a variety of bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, and other incentives to both new and existing players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time the offer is presented. Where the specific promotion terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, the following general rules apply to all bonuses offered by bdtbdt:

• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified), and must be completed within the time window stated for the promotion.
• Different game categories contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100%, while live casino, crash games, and sports bets may contribute a lesser percentage or not at all. Specific contribution rates are stated in the promotion terms.
• bdtbdt reserves the right to withdraw bonus offers, modify wagering requirements, or cancel active bonuses if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to placing opposing bets to meet requirements without risk.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Syndicates, groups, or commercial bonus hunting operations are prohibited.

Players may opt out of receiving bonuses by contacting support. Opting out of a bonus after it has been credited to your account may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings derived from it.

All bets placed on bdtbdt are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or market. Sportsbook bets are governed by the bdtbdt Sports Rules, which are available within the sportsbook section of the platform. Casino game rules are provided within each individual game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing bets.

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the bdtbdt system, it is binding and cannot be altered or cancelled by the player except where bdtbdt specifically provides a cash-out or bet amendment facility for the relevant market.

bdtbdt reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, technical malfunction, data feed error, or any other circumstance that results in an offer that was clearly not intentional. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's account balance.

Any bet placed using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools that allow betting to occur without direct human input for each individual bet is strictly prohibited. bdtbdt employs monitoring tools to detect automated betting activity and will void all associated bets and close accounts found to be in breach of this rule.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdtbdt platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and may result in the reporting of the activity to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using fraudulently obtained payment credentials.
• Money laundering: Using the bdtbdt platform to process, conceal, or transfer funds of unlawful origin. bdtbdt is committed to anti-money-laundering compliance and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Collusion: Co-ordinating with other players in casino games or in sports betting markets to gain an unfair advantage.
• Abuse of staff: Using threatening, abusive, or harassing language toward bdtbdt customer support staff or any other individual connected with the platform.
• Chargeback abuse: Initiating fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks in relation to legitimate deposits made to your account.
• Exploitation of technical errors: Knowingly taking advantage of software bugs, display errors, or pricing errors to place bets that would not ordinarily be available.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the bdtbdt platform that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process should be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution body.

Changes will be effective immediately upon publication on bdtbdt.ws, unless a later effective date is stated. Where changes are material, bdtbdt will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform.

Your continued use of the bdtbdt platform after any changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
